Southbank Winter Festival
The winter market along Southbank runs along the river. The wooden huts run along the bank and house food stalls and shops. The Southbank market is always home to performances and exciting sensory experiences that offer an engaging experience for all the family.
The best way to get to Southbank from The Darlington Hotel is on the Bakerloo line. Get on at Paddington Station and ride for 15 minutes to Waterloo.

Leicester Square Christmas Markets
Full of twinkly lights regardless of the time of year, Leicester Square takes on an extra special touch of magic and sparkle during the festive season. It is well worth a visit if you want to get in the Christmassy mood.
To get to Leicester Square from The Darlington Hotel, the best option is to walk to Paddington Station where you get on the Bakerloo Line. After about 11 minutes you arrive at Piccadilly Circus from there, it’s a short walk to Leicester Square.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland
The winter wonderland at Hyde Park is more than just a Christmas market. It does have stalls in abundance. It also has the UK’s largest ice rink, German beer tents, and even karaoke huts you can hire out. The whole fair is themed as an apres-ski village. It’s free to enter, but there are charges for the rides. Hyde Park is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which makes it a great option.

Christmas By The Riverside at Bankside
With Tower Bridge as its backdrop, this Christmas market is a new addition to Christmas in London. It is quickly becoming a favourite among locals and tourists alike. The classic winter cabins house festive food stalls and crafty Christmas creations.
The best way to get to the market is to head to London Bridge. To get there from The Darlington Hotel, you need to take the tube. You get on at Paddington Station, to take the Bakerloo Line to Baker Street station. Next, take the Jubilee line to London Bridge.
