We took the very difficult decision to close the hotel when lockdown was announced in March 2020. We had very little information as to how bad this virus was, what we should do and how to protect our staff and guests.
We kept on staff who were given the option to stay in-house to keep them safe so that we could deal with queries, cancellations and most importantly the refunds. Everyone who requested a refund was given one.
Now with the present travel and quarantine restrictions we felt it was the most sensible option to keep our hotel closed, again with some staff to deal with any queries. We will take this time to plan our “RESTART” so that when the time comes we are ready. We are also exploring ways to maximize guest value and experience especially when they Book Direct with us.
We will continue our policy of friendly hospitality while complying with all the safety and cleaning protocols required and most importantly making our guests feel welcomed and special.
We will keep everyone updated as to when we are able to be open again but as of now we are planning for May 2021.
